Program Description

 

We will provide

2 presentations of the stage show “Magic of the  

Rainforest”

Live rainforest animals

All props and scenery needed

All sound and lighting equipment needed

Cast and crew of two or three

 

4 Large group sessions with our original activities

All supplies needed for cooperative learning

     activities

Live rainforest animals

One classroom facilitator

 

Insurance

2 million dollar coverage naming the school as

additional insured

                

Planning manual

Full copy of the program manual. This contains all the information you need to make your day with the rainforest a great experience.  It was designed to make our day at your school run smooth and hassle free.  It is a step by step guide for hosting our program, including the following topics: our arrival and loading in, electrical needs, scheduling your show times and large group sessions, how to choose and plan the afternoon activities, and our clean-up and departure.

 

You will need to supply

Appropriate space for shows (30 feet wide by 30 feet

deep)

Electrical supply for the show (50 amps 220 volts and

staff to connect)

2 hotel rooms the night prior to your program

2-3 lunches day of program (school lunches are fully

acceptable)
